June 1-3, 2023
University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law
The Institute for Law Teaching and Learning (the “Institute”) is proud to host a conference addressing the many things that law schools do to comply with the various ABA standards. With some new and updated ABA standards, this topic has taken on increased urgency for law school administrators and professors.
The conference theme is intentionally broad and is designed to encompass a wide variety of topics – professional identity formation; bias, cross-cultural competency, and anti-racism; formative assessment in classes; the institutional assessment process; alternative admissions standards; online education courses.
In addition to presentations by law professors from around the world the Institute will provide several plenary sessions throughout the conference to further address relevant topics.
